Hi! I’m Desiree!

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governor’s University. I work in the ICU of one of Los Angeles’s Level II Trauma Centers. My 9 years of critical care knowledge spans the specialities of medical, surgical, cardiac, neurology, and trauma. In addition, I am also a member of the rapid response team. I train new and experienced nurses, and lead my unit as charge nurse. I have been involved with the development of policies and integrating evidence based practice into bedside care.
